How do I get the party finder to list my parties? Whenever I create a public party, I'm waiting like 10-15 minutes and nobody joins. Then I pm a friend to check if my party is even listed in the party finder menu and they say it isn't. What do I do???

I was in the mission lobby
I was in the mission lobby for dreams and nightmares. It says party with anyone for me... Maybe nobody wants to join me

dont even bother trying
the party finder really doesnt work, it barely shows any runs so no one rwally uses it
and the reason you cant find people for DaN is because not many people run it, it has a higher skill level than most players in game bother to work towards
I usually end up soloing that mission aside from the stray friend joining

excluded parties
there are fallowing parties beeing unable to be seen with Party finder:
1. regional Limitation:
if someone searches with the Party finder while he ticked off the Option 'allow parties with other languages' then he will not find those Groups that has an opener who uses another language/reagion
2. rank Limitation:
People who just started the game will not be able to see open lobbies of vana runs and vanguards will not be able to see an open jelly run anymore (which is quite annoying if you want to do a jelly run as vanguard btw). I am not sure with this, but it can be possible that only those People are able to see open D+N runs who already reached the last chapter into their missions
3. lack of interest:
even if People are the proper rank and there are no regional limitations, then it can simply be that People either tend to solo it rather than in a Group or People do not want to do it at all because of the 'nightmare' part in dreams and nightmares. People hate nightmares.

I like to do D+N runs in a 2 man Team since soloing gets boring after repeating it too often. Tell me your in game nick and the online time with the time Zone you are in and I gladly would like to give you Company.

Arcade maps generally have a half way point and won't be listed once the party has crossed it. Combine that with unlisted even strata means about 75% or more of the otherwise joinable public arcade runs in progress are unreported to the finder.
Nobody wants to do D+N because it's horrible. It's something to do if you really want to max level something today rather than next week.

I wanted to add another reply but this died and I forgot to
"dan is horrible" its completely fine if you actually play it enough, assuming you have the sense to practice and the ability to improve your skills
I do it frequently for rads and after a while you figure out how to not die
Three things:
1. Certain depths lock the party automatically. These primarily include shadow lairs and treasure vaults.
2. IP based locks can also occur. Be sure to find the menu item that unrestricts this. (It is a menu box that reads something like "party with anyone").
3. The party will lock to friends/guildmates on even stratum.
