Notice the 'Frosty Present'
Notice the 'Frosty Present' box you can earn with wishlist tokens is different to the original 'Frosty Prize Box'.
This box and therefore its contents weren't mentioned in the Winterfest announcement.
Edit:
The Blue Winter Wishes and its rewards were also not mentioned.

Oh, I unboxed one too. Guess they are not as rare as they are from the boxes they are normally in.
Not simply new Frosty-themed accessories, namely from the new Lockboxes, but also certain costumes such as the shakos (Field/Plumed/Stately Caps).
