The only way to lower energy prices is to buy energy and sell it cheaper.

Market is set by the players. If you don't like the prices don't buy from the market. If people are truly trying to sell or buy energy, the prices will find a comfortable area and settle there. If it's just a few people trying to manipulate the market (with others simply trying to follow the market), it'll go down after a while.
