Ive been Playing Spiral Knights for a while now, and seeing as the game has been released onto steam, and also seeing as how i also have a steam account
is there any way to merge the accounts together so that i can still get the steam bonus for my characters?

As per the new announcement: Right now, there is no way; however the ETA for binding/merging accounts is sometime next week. http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/11315
I don't know about the bonus BUT you can still login to your old account by unchecking the steam box and just typing in your normal login. Works for me!
