Just failed a Jelly Run...

Noticed during this whole run that health capsule drops were far fewer (2 capsules in 3 levels) and that heart drops were also noticeably scarce. Additionally, my vile striker failed to inflict poison on the Big Guy himself. Was this a fluke or is anyone else noticing a decrease in helpful drops?

Just curious.

On one of the arenas in t3 I

On one of the arenas in t3 I made it all the way to the 3rd stage with 3 health capsules, used all 3 on the last stage but was only half way through it, then all of a sudden no monster would drop any hearts or health capsules, spent a lot of energy reviving myself then on the last few monsters they gave me loads of hearts and health capsules, I felt abused :(

I've done an arena recently

I've done an arena recently where 7 health capsules dropped from enemies and chests. On the previous run I had done the same arena and got an amazingly high... 1 health capsule drop. Purely random.

It just seemed so bizarre.

Thanks for the feedback. I know it's random but it just seemed like such an anomaly. I hadn't failed a Jelly Run in my last 20 or so attempts, even after the Jelly change. Normally I don't have any trouble getting my vile striker to inflict poison. Maybe it was connected to not wearing my vog coat and just not getting in as many hits.

Something to ponder, I guess.

Normally I don't have any trouble getting my vile striker to inflict poison.

To echo the oft used "random is random" line, I once found my vile striker would not inflict poison on the Royal Jelly no matter how many times I hit him. Random was so random that even though I soloed the entire tier, I only got 2 poison vials. I wasn't happy to lose to the big jelly, no sir.

"slight chance" of poison is also a "chance of inflicting incredibly annoying and possibly unfair random mechanics" into a game that should have a bit more consistency. Come on, OOO. You know, after I hit the RJ 50 times, maybe throw me a bone and inflict poison. Do you prefer to make players feel less cheated, or just stick by the old "random is random" crap?

Drops

i notice one thing. The faster u kill a mob the heart drop rate will be higher. Of cause, maybe you are too busy killing mob and not taking hearts, it appear to have more. But I do van run with different party . With aggressive and conservative . I notice aggressive party tend to get more " better " drops.

eh. Im used to soloing the Jelly Palace without dying, while carrying a 2* newb through it... today, I had a good party, a guildie and a drop in from my friend list. Im in 4* and 5* gear (leveling some new weapons and armor :D) my guildie was in all 5* and my drop in friend was in all 4*... Ive never died so many times in an entire tier as I did on that single floor 16 instance. Dunno what went wrong, but we just kept dying. over, and over.

bad runs happen. Everyone has to roll a 1 eventually.

Point is, take heart in the other 19 awesome runs!

I don't think it is random

I don't think it is random because I've done many JK runs before and usually if I have a curse vial on me, they will appear more often than when I do not have a curse vial. And I also usually have all 4 slots equipped with 3x vial equipped in the Battle Royale even if I started at the Goo Garden (the beginning of JK run) or whatever it is.

Random Number Generators are

Random Number Generators are always horrible.
I know a game where I had a 95% chance to HIT a enemy, and I missed 3 times a row.
And that was pretty common.
