Here are my specs:

-Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit
-Intel Mobile Core 2 Duo (2.53GHZ)
-2GB Ram
-Mobile Intel 4 Series Express GPU with 1052MB

I think sound, and the other stuff is not important.

Here what I already tried:
-Reinstalled (many times)
-checked the integrity (many times)
-deleted all the leftover files, then reinstalled
-unistalled Java, then reinstalled again
-deactivated the Steamoverlay

I tried to install the latest GPU driver, but I didn't found any new drivers for this chiptype.
I detected that steam says I am playing, while there is no window open. When I kill the process, there is just a "Java"-Process, no "javaw"-process. Hope this helps
