So I can't log into spiral knights through steam. So I made sure to uncheck the Steam login box and put it my username and password that works on this site and it doesn't work for some reason. I also tried my email and password from this site and still no luck. I can log in normally thru this site to the game. Any clue on how to log in?
Can't log in through Steam
Did you make sure to also to uncheck the sega pass box. Both boxes should be unchecked and then it will ask for your username and password for this site.
I cant connect to the game either. I have both boxes unchecked and my ports opened and nothing!
Ichabob, that was exactly my problem. I just assumed my login was a Sega Pass. Thanks for you're help!
I have the same problem as arukaen. The game says "Logging on..." forever and never actually does log in. It doesn't matter if I use my Steam account (can't log in) or a manual installation (still can't log in), which leads me to believe there's something blocking my access to the server. I've forwarded the ports, but to no avail. I haven't yet found any more information that would help me.
I was looking forward to trying SK out, but the experience has been nothing but frustration, thus far.
-Khalaq
Ditto, same issue as Khalaq, with both boxes unchecked, logged in with account, it says "Logging on..." infinitely.
Disappointing indeed.
Can anyone help me, i want to connect my steam account to my sk account... how can i do it?
Merging your Steam account with your regular SK account is not possible yet. According to Eurydice, that will be coming out sometime next week so you'll just have to wait.
Oh thanks, for the information...
i need help i don't see the steam check box and i try to log in but it say's invalid i need help please....
I'm having the same problem. I only just verified my email (not sure how I missed that earlier) but even though I can now post in the forums, the login refuses to accept my credentials. I suppose I could try linking my account with Facebook and use that, but I try to keep my Facebook "clutter free." Any help would be appreciated.
