While I was ragecrafting for an asi med or ctr med UV for a Glacius, I stumbled upon this brandish with Damage vs Slime VH. I already have a silent nightblade, so I don't know if it'd be good to make another or sell it.
Should I make another silent nightblade? Got a brandish with a better UV

Ask a few friends and guildies if they want to buy it. If you don't find a buyer, might as well keep it.
Or just flip a coin. In the long run one 4* item isn't that big of a deal.

I'd say make a new one. It's 4* so you won't lose out on that much than if you had it 5* fully heated.
If you have more eternal orbs than you know what to do with, you can upgrade the old one then vendor it.
Or you can keep it and make one into an Acheron and one into an Obsidian Edge.

It's such a pain to reheat
It's such a pain to reheat and recraft it all honestly and get a bunch of shinings.
Please note my goal was also to get an ASI or CTR UV so it's not what I wanted.
I suppose I might sell it since I'm pretty satisfied using my no UV silent nightblade since it's good enough for JK.
In general, the question "keep or sell" depends on how much you value the item relative to other players. And we can't know that, without knowing you in detail. In this case, however, you've said that you already have a Silent Nightblade. So you'll probably want to keep that and sell the new Brandish.
My answer might be different if it were a really valuable unique variant --- either ASI or CTR, in a large amount. I don't mean to be rude, but this slime+4 UV is not on the same level as those. Best wishes.
