In the same style as the Tomes that summon the Spookat and magical aura, I'm proposing a Guild Hall Furniture item that is crafted using the exceptionally rare and powerful Book of Dark Rituals.
Created at the Mysterious Alchemy Machine, this Ritual Tome Stand would take on a Dread Aura-like effect around itself once placed. Interaction with the Tome would create a miniature (or full-scale?) Black Kat, that would remain passive, following the AI of the tome-summoned Spookat until its scripted departure.
The summoning animation of the aforementioned Kat would include a watered-down version of the "ritual" particle used in Margrel's summon, along with a few scattered pages here and there.

Thoughts?

Sounds good.
Hopefully boss will make it so we can use dArK rItUaLs.

That sounds amazing and beautiful, but I'd argue against using a BoDR. To encourage guildies to work together on the project (extremely similar to boss trophies), it could use Kat Tribe fetishes or a new material obtained via Ancient Page tokens instead. Tokens are earned by play, and are not entirely dependent on RNG thanks to the prestige reward. Because the "ancient page" tokens we collect can come together in some roundabout way to make this new tome furniture (pages come together to form books, this is normal, right?), this makes sense to me.

While we're at it, Margrel boss trophy furniture please. It would be funny if Curious Mewkats refused to wander anywhere near it. A Margrel boss trophy is not a new idea, I'm just bringing it up out of the dust.

Stray thought, if the player has a BoDR in their inventory and they use the stand, that could summon a hologram of Margrel instead of a BK. This has no effect on the book in the player's arsenal, I just like to think we put it on the stand and just looking at it starts bringing the big nasty and our knight immediately takes it off, resulting in a few moments of awesome, just like the other interactive tome stands. This would imply the stand itself has some power. Perhaps it could be decorated with bones around the base?

Brilliant. Though I'm not sure how the book-in-the-inventory thing would work, it sounds like a lot of fun.

Boss trophies that produce an effect would be cool overall honestly.
