Even though this will "never" happen due to multiple reasons, I'll roll out my ideas anyway:

Fallout theme:
Most of us know what the game is, basically in a radioactive wasteland with many things roaming around. Here are some equipment I thought of:
(Feel free to add anything)
-Enclave armour set:
Has slighty higher normal and piercing resistance as the Nameless set, but with gun damage increase: medium (per armour piece) And Movement speed: low (per armour piece)
-Brotherhood of Steel armour set:
Similar to Enclave armour set, but with elemental resistance. Pretty much the same status as Enclave armour set.
-Laser Pistol:
In short terms, similar to Argent Peacemaker, but with slighty higher elemental damage. (It also drops batteries when reloads)
-Large Nuka-cola bomb:
Similar to the 5 star blast bomb, this does elemental damage ( but slighty lower) and cause good chance of fire. (It gives a blue explosion)
-Deathclaw Gauntlet:
Basically a reskin of Final Flourish

Halo theme:
We all (most of us) have heard of Halo, from those coward yet funny grunts to the terrifying flood. Here are some equipment I thought of:
(Once again, you can feel free to add anything)
-Spartan armour set:
Similar to the Brotherhood of Steel armour set, but with slightly lower elemental resistance as well as normal. Gun attack speed increase: medium.
-Needler:
Basically reskin of Blitz needles, but the needles pop up when reloading.
Plasma pistol:
Basically a reskin of the 5 star elemental blaster.
Energy Shield:
Has elemental and normal resistance as the 5 star owlite shield, with shock resistances. As the shield takes damage, as the shield decreases, so as the colour of the shield, as soon it depletes, the shield is temporarily disabled.
Energy sword:
Does elemental damage like any other elemental type brandishes, but does 360 like a Leviathan.
