Greetings!

The golems. There are two kinds of golems. Certain blocks transform into a golem.

Let’s talk about the golems.

Hitting a random block turns into a golem.

• Appearance:
The golem has a body the size of a retrode, with two legs, two arms with no fingers.

• Types:
A type of block consists the type of the monsters’ family, for example. A ghost block gets hit and becomes undead monster.

• Status:
All of the golems can inflict different statuses

http://prntscr.com/9uz10n it is similar to these.

not enough information

what monster class (es)?
what attacks (and statuses)?
what spawn chance will they have?
do you mean that they will randomely spawn from blocks or will there be trap boxes? (if they randomely spawn the ghost block one would ruin runs if it didnt act like a triggered ghost block)

I wont answer in order

"do you mean that they will randomly spawn from blocks or will there be trap boxes? (if they randomly spawn the ghost block one would ruin runs if it didnt act like a triggered ghost block)"

Something like this
-----------------------------------------
"what attacks (and statuses)?"
The attacks will go like this on 1:08
Chances is that they could inflict different status
-----------------------------------------
"what monster class (es)?"
The class will depend upon the block to become a golem.
Wiki does not show the lists of blocks in order for me to arrange them to their class
----------------------------------------
"What spawn chance will they have"
5% spawn chance

you still havent answered some

specifically, if one spawns from a ghost block, does the ghost block actually break the ones around it? or is it completely consumed? same goes for blast blocks, do they still explode? do crystals still break the ones around them?

and because you dont seem to know, blocks include ghost, stone, metal (cw tunnels, decon zones), wood (fsc), blast, timed blast, crystal (and color variants), stone crystal (crimson chaos), box (devilish drudgeries, dark cities), red and green prize boxes (if you want to cheat players out of loot), that should be a sufficient sample size

My opinion

Personally, I think this is a good idea in theory, but not in practice. The randomness of spawning inside of a block can catch a knight completely off guard, ruining their strategy (unless it's me, then I just wack 'em with my sword). Plus, I think this has a hugs potential for causing glitches. They would have to completely re-work all of the maps in order for golems to fit in. I personally just think this is an accident waiting to happen.

exactly

if they were to spawn the block itself needs to still activate, like blast block chains and ghost blocks, thats the main reason im trying to ask these auestions
but with even "meh" coding glitches can be worked out

random spawns themselves are fine though, we already have rock jellies and hidden monster boxes in scenario rooms, its not nearly as much of a problem as you seem to think it is

Yes it does. See "Exploration".

5% spawn chance

Honestly seems a bit too common for me. Maybe make it 2% or 3% instead.

Thank you for the tip "exploration"

specifically, if one spawns from a ghost block, does the ghost block actually break the ones around it?

The ones around the ghost block will disappear, but chances might spawn a golem on "2% or 3%," what Vanaduke-destroyer said.

Stone block can be excused, if you want. We already have a rock jelly for that.

The time it takes for it to transform would be slow enough for the player to know that it's coming.
