Apparently not, because they're very lenient towards someone who calls them in need of genuine help. There is no reason as to why I've asked for support on a black kat mission, and having to wait 50 minutes for a reply from the ONLY person who can fix this issue. I feel as though if I'm a consumer of your products, or even just a player of your game, you should show me the respect of answering as quickly as possible and at least trying to cater to my concerns and needs.
Right now, it's been an hour since I filed a report for a Game Master concerning a Black Kat floating out of bounds, and I have no reply in game, nor out.
What do you guys think about this ridiculousness? Is there a valid excuse as to why NO GM has replied to me, or 5 of my other guild mates?
And if you're a GM reading this, please send some help, cause we've been waiting for an hour. Thankssssssssssss.
Do we even call upon GMs anymore?
As part of project "disregard Spiral Knights acquire companies that make phone games" the game masters appear to have been short staffed and staffed only during business hours at that.
As Cleaver put it-
"We definitely don't have the resources to pay people to help you be nice to each other. So you'll just have to do it yerselves!"
When he lunches is he trapped outside? Because Grimalkins can go out, and back in. Try to get him to lunch at you, then kill him there, and hope the mats spawn inside.
I'm pretty sure mats will spawn inside regardless of where they were dropped.
If this doesn't happen, I am very sorry that I lied to you.
"When he lunches is he trapped outside? Because Grimalkins can go out, and back in."
Grimalkins, like phantoms, can walk through walls and boundaries. Black Kats cannot, thus, it gets stuck on the other side of the wall. It's pretty much like the glitch in FSC where the wheels can knock slags out of bounds or through walls, except this time it was with a really rare monster with the potential for a really rare drop.
We decided to call it quits after eating Doity's left arm and realizing that losing one party member and maiming another probably was a bit too much over once chance for a book, but doggone it, we were waiting for an hour and a half for a GM to show up.
Did you decide to kill it in the end? Or just live it?
Cause I would have slaughtered the beast.
We got a response today. About 20 hours late but hey, maybe they were all planning for the superbowl.
If any of y'all gamemasters want to watch the hobbit with us next time though, would be great to have you in sooner. At the very least we can give you the popcorn kernels at the bottom of the bag, because those can be alright to chew on...
Fangel's log: 1 hour into waiting. Still no sign of a GM. Crew getting restless. We've already baked and eaten most of the cookies.
If I don't make it home, give my loved ones this picture inside of a book of dark rituals.
