Is this a good loadout

Hello guys, Newbie here
So i've decided to go with this loadout (after spending a lot of time in forums and wiki) that i think would get me through most Levels/Missions/Clockworks.
I'm a Sword/Gun user with only 2 weapon slots (Tier 2 so i don't think i would need a weapon slot upgrade at the moment)
Sword - Acheron/BTB (Switching depending on the level)
Gun - Storm Driver (If it wasn't for gun puppies i would've gone with a Combuster and a piercing gun)
Shield - GoS (Obviously)
Armor - Skolver Coat
Helm - Miracle Hood and then Divine Veil (The reason i choose this combined with the Skolver being it's gonna give protection for Normal,Piercing,Elemental, and Shadow)
So what i want to know is, is this gonna be enough? Will it be compatible with my playing style?

All the things you asked me to consider are offensive-based and not much defence making it more of a hit and run style. While that certainly makes the game much more interesting and have a higher learning curve, unfortunately i can't do that with the performance i'm having with the game.
I'll certainly consider Barbarous Thorn Shield since i do need to have some damage bonus in my loadout.

I mentioned the 3-star Black Kat helmet and Swiftstrike Buckler mainly because they are so easy/cheap to get. I mean, someday you will want to try out a more offensive play style, because the game is weighted in that direction. There is no "tanking" in this game. There is only dodging.
But it's okay to seek more defensive armors, especially if you're laggy, inexperienced, etc. And your proposed loadout is not at all bad. Happy travels.

To be fair, now is the best time to get a Black Kat hoodie. You wont be able to do so for a few months.

Onto the stylistic part, this sort of combo (skolverveil) is used so often by players you would never stand out, and this is stylistically, a combo that I hate. Pick up a binocular visor of some kind and put it on the helm so that you'll look decently menacing.
Players in your position might find my detailed sword guide and armor guide valuable.
Your weapons are pretty solid. They're all very strong, with a nice mix of easy (Acheron) and interesting (Storm).
Your armor is also fine, but consider Barbarous Thorn Shield instead of Grey Owlite Shield. You should also, right now in this Kataclysm, earn 70 Ancient Pages and get the 3-star Black Kat helmet. You should also consider Chaos armor and Swiftstrike Buckler.
