Hello all,
I personally love the Apocrea time of year. I am just wondering if it is returning and possibly, when it is returning. I never got the chance to get an obsidian carbine or obsidian edge. Thank you!

WOW!!! Really, that soon!! I sincerely hope it is not Tododrones because that is boring and not as fun as being chased around by an evil demon who is bent on collecting your soul. Plus, the weapons are better in Apocrea than Totodrones. (They also look cooler too) Thanks for the info!! :D

Unless an employee of Three Rings shows up, no one here know when Apocrea will return. What we do know is when Apocrea has happened in the past. And it's all listed on the wiki:

Not probably gonna be around for a bit. Black Kats ended what, like, a week or so ago? All we can do is speculate.
However, we might be seeing a new event pattern in general since Black Kats broke the ongoing pattern, so if we are getting a new event cycle, it will be completely new to all of us.

Estimated guess
Trav is taking a "stab in the dark", which is a saying used to "take a guess" at when something is happening. Trav is guessing that the Apocrea event will come back soon, but in no way shape or form knows for certain when it will come back. None of us do.

Pretty much what Fangel said. I'm just using my gut and looking at patterns.
Just looking at the same time period in 2015...
Apocrea: January 28th through February 3 (Abnormally short)
Tortodrones: March 12 through March 23
For 2016
Kataclysmic Confrontation: February 3 through February 16
So early/mid March was rather optimistic. Probably closer to late March, earlier April.

Don't forget the SK Anniversary event that takes place at around mid April. We may have an event beforehand though....
