Cant Download

Hi, I cant download spiral knights on my new laptop. It says it failed and that its a network error when I clearly have my wifi correctly properly.

I have windows 10, 64 bit, Intel core i5, and intel graphics. Plus its a new laptop so it should have enough space for a game like spiral knights.

Please help, I really want to continue playing spiral knights.

Could you be more specific? Are you using the in-site plugin or are you downloading it directly? What browser are you using?

I was trying to download the game directly. Ive tried using google chrome to download it but it said it failed and that there was a network error. Then I tried using Microsoft Edge and it downloaded.
