I typed my username and my password, thinking how lucky I was to be in a closed beta program once again. But something was off...instead of being presented with a regular knight to pick from, I was presented with 3 knights with very small bombheads. (And their bodies were kinda oddly proportioned.)

I picked the one with the yellow head. The game loaded, and I was presented with a Legend of Zelda camera angle. No, not the old-style Zelda camera, the new one.

Anyway, I was placed in a room about the size of the elevator-drop-off rooms, and it had a single exit. I noticed that the other two knights which hadn't picked were also in the room with me. (Oh and as I'm tying this, we're having a lightning storm. Hah.) As I walked out of the room, the other knights followed me.

As I rounded a corner, I saw this huge monitor which showed Kora on it. She was talking to someone, but obviously not us. Then I noticed that she was facing my regular knight, who was even bigger than the monitor! He was holding a few balls...which looked kinda like Blast Bombs but they had buttons on them...?

At this point, my knight noticed me and my group, and looked down at us. Kora noticed us, too, and said something like "Oh, hi, Pocket Knights! Can you guys hold on? I'm still talking to your owner. You'll get to [choose some equipment soon]."

(Oh my gosh is hailing out here! All this lightning, too! What...?)

So...uh, where was I...?

Oh yeah. Well Kora continued to talk to my knight some more. I don't remember what they're saying. But after a while I realized that I was in bed. And that it was a dream.

I was really happy to be a part of the closed Spiral Knights 2 beta. And then it hit me...

It was just a dream! This SK2...wasn't something I was a part of! I was just making it up!

I didn't even have any tears. I just had a very, very sad face.
