6. Please do not beg for promotions, when an Officer or GM sees that you are eligible for a certain guild rank, they will promote you
7.Be a Great Guildie
If you accept these terms you will be promoted automatically to Member

Yeah starting a Guild is hard now, unless you're an already "popular player" in game. Be specific about what you want to do with your Guild...
