YES, I have read all of the technical support information. NONE OF IT, has worked at all. I've tried several things to try and get it working. Nothing has worked. I have already tried everything on the wiki page about fixing this problem.
I know my card is more than capable of running the game, I've read people who have worse cards than me able to play it just fine.
Please do not respond with "Read the support information" with a link to something I've already read. It's EXTREMELY frustrating.

(Btw the registry solution does not work, as there are none already in there. only a "default" and "language" one.)
People with that problem either have issues with their Java or graphics driver versions.
If you've already tried everything in the tech support sticky (including updating your graphics card driver, uninstalling old versions of java, reinstalling only the new version of java, uninstalling then reinstalling the game) then we can only suggest that you submit a support ticket to ask for official help.
