After more than 5 years of trying, Bosco is still trying to fix that darn meta-knight.
Sometimes, its time to give up on your passion and work at McDonalds kiddies. Especially when its taken you 5+ years to finish something that should take you a couple of months and you still can't solve it.
If I have one wish before the game ends, its for Bosco to finish that meta-knight.

First, lets remember this. Bosco said "Mecha Knight". It's actually a Mecha Knight Kit.
Bosco finishes making the Mecha Knight Kit and shows up in the Hall Of Heroes (when becoming a Vanguard) in the corner of the room.
I don't think that the Mecha Knight Kit was ever really broken.
I think that it`s just Bosco who's really bad at screwing nuts and bolts.
Actually, I think that Bosco was trying to make a mecha knight kit that wouldn't disappear after a period of time.
You see, a Mecha Knight Kit eventually malfunctions to the point of destruction.
So basically, every Mecha Knight Kit is "broken".
"If I can just figure out how to get it working properly I'll have myself a personal bodyguard for my expeditions into the Clockworks."
This is what Bosco said in Haven.
I think that Bosco was trying to remake it so that it would follow Bosco anywhere, including Elevators (which a normal mecha knight kit can't go on).
(BTW, in the Hall of Heroes, he said "Wow, you really did it". I think that he is reflecting on the fact that HE couldn't become a Vanguard and is still not able to finish the Mecha Knight Kit. I bet that one day, due to depression, Bosco is going to become the next Argus, running away from haven and teaming up with gremlins to build an army of "Kevin"s )
The gremlins were the ones who made the original Mecha Knights, so it makes sense that Bosco would go to them for help.
I might be wrong, but isn't a mecha knight kit just the item you summon the actual knight with. The actual robot is still called a mecha knight.
Oh dammit...you're not supposed to talk about the Mecha Knight. It was supposed to be the new T3 boss. Ya'know when Bosco finally finishes it and the Mecha Knight (his name is Kevin) gets a mind of its own and recruits its own army.
