How to reproduce
- start new offline trade offer with your friend
- select any items from your SK's inventory - cr, mats, ce, whatever
- press make offer
- see the error 20

Sending trade offers with any Spiral Knights items sends the steam error (20), as Riverock said.
Doing a live trade with someone won't allow you to put in your Spiral Knights items. They don't render in properly and will never work, even if you restart or both sides put in a Spiral Knights item.
Had to result onto using steam trade to receive TF2 / CSGO / Steam items first, and then give the payment to the seller in-game.
