Does anyone else use the Vanquisher anymore?? I do, and it's actually pretty good, but I feel like it should have a different charge attack.
While it is, admittedly, from the Calibur line, I reckon CIV should have an attack that involves the chains wrapped around the blade. Like, maybe when a charge is released the player spins 360 degrees as usual, but with them a chain detaches from the sword and swings around, sweeping enemies and dealing damage to all those within range. Or maybe it could drag enemies closer? Or perhaps a single length of the chain would strike in just one direction, and have the ability to hit the enemy behind the target too?
Let me know your thoughts on this idea!

A vortex-like charge attack would be interesting, considering the charge attack already has very little knockback as is; coding it in is an entirely different story, as it'll be difficult to try and figure out when to "pull in" the enemies, and then when to send them outward from it, as the charge attack itself ends quickly. As interesting as it sounds, I think the best thing to do would to either keep the charge attack as is (just add a little more aesthetic to it to make it stand out), or alter it to where it has a larger hit radius (to make use of those chains on it, as you said).
Personally, I believe that the Cold Iron line should deal elemental damage (not normal/elemental split), and tweak the damage bonuses a little bit (4* - low, 5* - medium), and maybe add in a freeze chance for the Vanquisher? It's essentially the Leviathan Blade, just with lower base damage against the other enemies, and a charge attack with significantly less knockback. Against undead, it outclasses the Leviathan Blade in terms of damage due to the innate undead family bonus; however, I think having a maximum sword damage bonus from the get-go will negate that, so then Leviathan will end up outdamaging it regardless.
