I just spent like 250 000 crowns, all I had, to reroll UVs on my Omega Tortofist, hoping to upgrade the CTR Low to Medium. The very last roll gave me my old CTR Low back. I suppose I should be happy I got that at least but eh, feeling really ripped off.

sorry, not surprising

So you did 12 or 13 rolls, hoping to upgrade a UV on an item that has 8 UV types. That's not many rolls per type, so your chances of getting the desired upgrade were always pretty small. As explained here...

...you should expect to spend about 470,588 crowns to pull off that upgrade. Sorry.

Heh...

Be careful with Punch. You can spend a lot of money and in the end have a chance of getting nothing in return.

Edit: Actually if you want a first specific UV in some item youre probably better off just buying the thing with it already. Always almost cheaper that way (except if you are lucky ^^). So Metal is right :)

Yep. If you want a specific uv for your item, just save up and try to find a seller/pray it'll show up on the AH. Most of the times it'll be WAY cheaper.

Meh.

Mist crafting days are gone and they took cheap UVs with them. Especially stuff that wasn't popular to begin with, like Prismatech. I can't even find a Calibur with CTR Medium or higher.

Worst part is, I DID find a Voltech with the UV, bought it and ended up selling it at a loss in the end. They should do away with deposits and take a 20% cut instead, with a listing time of 1 week. It'd be nice to actually see people use the damn auction house.
