I read all this stuff about ex OOO employees taking over spiral knights, and Eurydice saying that all our stuff (weapons, etc) will reset, correct me if Im wrong. Basically can someone explain to me whats really happening, is it going to a whole different game, or some minor changes?

Yeah, nobody is going to lose our items, just changing the company to (hopefully) save this game, and change it for the better (I wish).
I imagine Three Rings is still in a bit of a difficult situation with the layoffs that happened just a few months ago. (Eurydice notifying the playerbase of this if anyone's curious: http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/113893#comment-1025850).
Also Eurydice herself also notified that there won't be a reset upon server switch. (http://forums.spiralknights.com/en/node/114101?page=1#comment-1027073) If there was a reset, you'd probably see a bunch of rant threads about people spending tons on the game and losing it all.
Yeah good question. Perhaps our friends at Grey Havens would like to chime in with an answer? So far all we've heard has been through Eury.
