Spiral knights support?
I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the server transfer, but I contacted support and the first time they responded right away (Within 2 hours). I was trying to recover my account from aeria games, because they no longer support SK. They responded telling me they needed proof it was my account. So I sent them some proof, but I got a email saying I can't reply to that email. So I sent in a new ticket with the ticket number and I never got a response. This was 4 days ago. I heard the servers were switched on the 6th. So should I send in a new one?

If in doubt, send in another email. There may have been some issues with emails not arriving during the switch-over from Three Rings to Grey Havens - we would far rather get a couple of duplicated emails from you rather than none!
