So I just got my 4* seraphynx recently, and I want to know:
Is Divine Aura or Angelic Aura or whatever it's called good? I've tried it out a few times, and I'm still totally confused about how it works, so I've just been sticking to using Heart Attack most of the time like I did previously.
Seraphynx question?
T'is pretty good. It doesn't seem to offer much until you fully max out the skill upgrades for it, but t'is good. It makes you invincible (To a limit), like Poothis said.
You can also choose whether or not to keep it for personal use only, or to assist teammates with it by deciding what to do with the Coverage skill. Since the aura is based on a total amount of protection rather than a set protection per individual knight, those who decide to get inside your aura- and get hit a lot- when you're targeting something important with the aura on can set it off pretty quickly. On the other hand, if you are really delved into supporting and saving teammates, you can save one who may be close to death / is standing on a hazard with the Coverage upgrade. *cough*Freezetraps*cough*
The ultimate skills for the Angelic Aura lean towards teammates specifically, as do all the Seraphynx's basic skills do. The Valkyrian Aura boosts Charge Time Reduction to Max for all within the aura, including yourself, while the Seraphic Aura regenerates shield energy incredibly quickly.
Like, for example, the Ray of Light is actually a great alternative for creating a defensive line, or for baiting enemies. You can cut off a narrow path by going from one corner to the other, creating a wall between your teammates and the enemies. Enemies that "leap" aren't really fazed by this, seemingly just phasing through the ray. The baiting method can also be a little tricky, but it's not too hard- It's a nice little extra damage with little consequence. Heart Attack and the Angelic Aura are pretty self-explanatory.
I kind of got carried away
It generates a buffer more like a secondary shield/persona that takes x amount of damage instead of you and other players who stand inside the created barrier.
If the buffer reaches its critical limit of taken damage, the aura will disappear.
It will also disappear if its timer runs out of course.
It pretty much makes you invulnerable. You can literally activate it and run across hazards like elemental floors and spikes without taking damage. I believe it also negates monster damage too. Plus any allies in the bubble don't take damage either. Personally, I just use it to run through hazards so I don't waste time waiting for them to shut off.
