As soon as possible, ...u also must have 15-20 sparks, if u are'nt experienced. For Snar Boss u need lvl 5 armour with shadow and poison protection :)
And yes, we'll share the price of the key, if we don't find a rich guy to pay off XD

What he meant
Autofire meant he wants to get a 4* armor set to CRAFT WITH at sanctuary rather than wear it through the mission itself. If you ask me, I would also prepare a set of armor because a big thing to completing an SL is being able to craft an SL exclusive armor set.

I can help out with SL Snarby if you need someone. Got 5* gear and a myriad of weaponry ranging from Combuster, Final Flourish, mist bombs, Wildfire/Polaris/Supernova, Orbit gun and much more. I'm, usually low on Cr so I might have some difficulty with key costs.

Well...
I'm not exactly a market person, I generally solo everything (with the exception of helping people out or tough areas like SLs), and I'm, not good at saving money in games (somehow). Also I'd ideally want to spend 70k cr (450 for key and 250 for 4th weapon) for this since I don't have a 4th weapon slot.

Yes, a Shadow Lair is not worth it financially.
(sidenote: This is the biggest problem with them. They should either drastically lower SL Key prices, or increase the loot payout.)
Its only there to give you new and enjoyable content for the first few times, and of course if you want to forge something in the Sanctuary.
But think about this: people who actually need help in SL's are probably not rich enough to just throw away 1800E, right? They most likely had/have a hard time getting the SL Key.
So even if you singlehandedly hard-carry the whole party, its not really nice to not pay at least something for them.
I often get invited into SL's for free, but even then i pay something like half price and/or i give away my SL Material.

Out of curiosity, what is your first language? It is clearly not English. Also, I agree that SLs should have payout at least equal cost. I think SLs should have been designed to be prohibitive based on difficulty rather than cost (not silly black squares spawning on the screen, I am talking about real difficulty like tracking attacks).
Too bad the game is designed to make everyone feel like a winner.

Im a hungry Hungarian :) Yeah i learned English just for like a couple of years.
I could try a bit harder with the grammar, but i dont think its important in online forums anyway.
But back to topic: Nightmare Mane is actually still like around 25kcr, so thats already more than half of the entry fee.
Celestial Ore and Maidens Tear are much cheaper... Gremlonium is varying, idk maybe 20k nowadays?

Doesn't surprise me with those costs. The most sought out SL Armor set is the Snarbolax one, wouldn't be surprised if a piece of the Heavenly Iron set is as well.

And Shadow Lair running is pretty much dead. I tried searching for people to do the Firestorm Citadel Shadow Lair.
Out of the few responses I got:
- One was clueless (don't bother asking in that case)
- One wanted to do a different Shadow Lair (Ice Queen, which I am NOT equipped for)
- One bailed out on me.
That Snarbolax Coat will NOT be made today. Even worse is that I have all the materials, my Ashtail Coat is fully heated, and the only step needed to take is to get to the Sanctuary and make the Snarbolax Coat...which is now totally inaccessible since you'd have better luck getting a Book of Dark Rituals from a Black Kat than trying to find anyone to do Shadow Lairs with these days.

Sorry to hear you're having UFSC trouble! :c It's a little hard to convince people to go on SLs with energy prices being so high so 450 E is almost 50k cr. I personally wouldn't be opposed to doing a SL run at some point, I do have some stuff I'd like to make. I should probably go work on getting those ready for when I can do a SL. |D

Even shouting ingame and willing to pay my share for a key AND with too many sparks, nobody seems interested in SL lol
