I disagree
Wasnt the Birthday event already under Grey Havens ownership? If so i dont see how the change could delay other events. Next event should be around the corner in my opinion.

The most recent birthday event started on April 4. The transfer of ownership happened on April 6. Even if the two companies were coordinating before April 6, I think it's safe to say that Sega set that event up.
On a related topic, Hera says in this thread that promos have been delayed by the transfer of ownership.
So I'm not promising that you won't see any events for a while. But I stand by my statement that maybe you shouldn't expect them. Cheers.

There is no way SEGA did anything for this game when they already knew they sold it. Heck they didnt even care long before that. So if there was any actual thing to do im sure as hell it wasnt them.

Sega would run the event starting on April 4, if
* it was already scheduled and ready (no reason not to run it),
* they were contractually obligated under the terms of the transfer (though it's not clear that Grey Havens paid them any money),
* they wanted to avoid generating even more player ill-will (though they've already generated plenty),
* etc.
I don't know about any of these reasons. But it seems more likely than Sega saying, "Grey Havens, do you want the passwords to our servers, so that you can set up an event for this game that you don't own?"
This thread is more speculation than information. So my interest is waning quickly. Cheers.
Maybe an employee of Grey Havens will chime in. Until then, the rest of us are players, just like you. We don't have any insider information.
What we do know is when the events have happened in the past. That's all listed on the wiki, for example around Category:Events.
It's worth pointing out that the change in ownership from Sega to Grey Havens is taking some time to shake out. So maybe you shouldn't expect any events for a little while.
