Any other players from before this TF2 Hat event not getting the mail from Saxton Hale for being able to complete this quest/requirements in order to get your hat?

UPDATE: Seems TF2 Servers are simply checking for the achievement on your account. Just logged into TF2 again and my hat is there. :>
