Does anyone know if said artwork is new? If so can we assume GH has some artist on board that could be potentially working on new content?
It seems more elaborate and "hand made" than the usual promo-box announcement pictures.

This is definitely reused.
The first instance of this artwork was used for the user interface rehauling, somewhere around SK's anniversary event in 2013.

It's showing off the knight looking at the new map interface.
It's not.
Can't quite remember which update I last saw it on, but it's not new.
(But it's nice to see again)
