In the date of 27th march i made an trade with sameone on steam i gived him 8k CE for some cs:go items and we didnt have mobile authentificator so we decide to wait 15 days, after 15 days i got cs:go items and the trade it was still there and he didnt get ce (its says 5 min less). I write to steam support and the trade was declined he got his cs:go items back and i dint get my ce back. The steam was bugged and no one help me to get my Ce back!

Try to wait a bit longer,
Try to wait a bit longer, maybe it just loads slowly. If that doesnt work, try to copy the adress (if you can) and paste it into a regular browser.

About support mail
It works only with english
1.Find cookies editor for your browser
2.Open support page and cookies
3.Find string with long name like 1df344.... and change value to en
5. Update support page

SK related steam trade is not really safe.
Write a support request in SK, thats the best i can suggest.
But i think you should prepare for the worst.
