What I mean by being emoteful is a way for easier emote access.
Such as waving or laughing. A small window that pops up with all of the emotes in the game that can be selected and activated.
With this kind of set up means that it takes shorter time to emote rather than to type in each emote with the command typing.

This will help the social aspect of the game and although if it's implemented as a small update, it will change a lot for everyone.

[Monsterbrine: I like chatting out /emote.]

[Monsterbrine feels this change will destroy /emote]
[Bionoman-Richard: I agree with Monsterbrine.]
[random Emberlight gremlins shout, "YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"]
[Monsterbrine pokes Raven-Tail. Poke.]

I'm a Wizard

I don't know why, but my voice gets hoarse if I poke someone too much...

what

This is kind of useless tbh.

You can type /help emote to get a list of all emotes. Typing /help tells you this as well, but also gives you a list of all commands available.

You can begin typing an emote without typing the whole thing. There are additionally quite a few shorthands. /lol /laugh /haha for instance, all do the same thing. If you don't want to type out /laugh, simply type /la will do it too, because no other command starts with "la". You can learn this by typing /help laugh.

While a GUI might be cool it's not really needed, especially since everything is so easy as it is.

The problem is...

We already know how to use /help. and / commands. I'm saying this will be an easier access to emotes where you can actually see them all instead of remembering them.
It's QUICK and EASY access..

uh

If it's too much to ask to type /help, then on that menu see /help emote, and then from there type whatever emote shows up (or alternatively /help smile, /help burp, /help derp, etc), then I really don't know what to tell you. /help emote is a place where you can see them all instead of remembering them, all in your chat box.

It's much faster to type /lol than it is to pull up a menu (which will lag when you open it, like all other menus), navigate the menu for the "laugh" emote, and click on the emote to do it. The process seems so long and complicated when the simpler solution is right in front of us already. A fast list of emotes is nice but the only time you'll ever use that is when you want to spam emotes
