We have a bad social habit of being oblivious to what certain people bring to the table or how they contribute to a project until they leave and we have to deal with the problems they addressed or the vanishing of the attitude they fostered.
Cherub left too? Darn.
Also, it's funny how everyone is all like "Nick was a god and amazing" now. I remember an assortment of opinions back when I played. Not that I personally have or had any ill will towards Nick, just pointing out how much public opinion about someone can change once they're gone.
