Since the game was left without game masters, maybe it's time to reconsider attitude to volunteers. Оf course, volunteers shouldn't have access to many things like Energy market, but they have to rescue stucked players and prepare reports on found bugs and failed transactions . I know that developers don't pay attention to our suggestions, anyway it's my opinion, which i share with you.

They dont send confirmation emails, and if you need someone to come help you use the support requests (then expect a long wait time)
bug reports are exactly what they say they are, they dont double f
or a support call, this is why i can't call to fix game breaking bugs on my own because I play from armorgames and can't use the support system

Bug reports are not looked at by game masters at all. They are sent to developers. Game masters may look at the forum bug reports posted but are not directly involved in the ones sent in-game.
While community moderators/volunteer moderators would be cool, everyone is currently doing their job.
Have you not noticed cronus and hera?
