Hey! Just got wondering about what you guys think is the strongest set in the game (UV's etc) and who has it? Like 1 set of of armor and weapons with crazy UV's, would be cool to see :-)

You must be talking about the BKC with hacked UVs, granting universal ASI+2, CTR+2, and MSI+2. Theres also the Chaos Cloak with ASI+2, MSI+2, and DMG+2.
Let's not forget the five star Swiftstrike Buckler, the Swifteststrike Buckler, which gives ASI+3 and MSI+3.
The ultimate weapon is the Mag Storm, the Elemental variant of the Blitz which does insane amount of damage with VS Construct Ultra and VS Undead Ultra.
And there's also the Winamillion. It's like the Winmillion except that each slash throws out three energy bolts and the charge attack throws thirty-two bolts out around you.

The best set in the game is the Black Kat. Period.
Many players have 1-3 maxes on them, but the answer to which one of them is the best depends on player. Most of them have fire+shock, but some players might value normal or stun more.
As for weapons, there are quite a few players, including me, who have multiple swords and guns with asi+ctr vh (you don't need a 3rd uvs, cuz bk) and vh ctr bombs. I have I think 6 gm weps? Hm, need to check it.
And shields... well, having a normal max is good to have, but it doesn't matter too much, status uvs are rare, cuz Punch doesn't allow them, but you'd rather want to be dodging and evading the attacks anyways rather than tanking them with the shield.

I'd say the choas set will net you more dps in a lot of situations over Black kat. It's not that cut and dry.

with CTR VH on weapons, BK is flat out better than chaos. and this thread is about having top tier UVs.

Aye, me with my gm weps, + a sword and gun asi trinket + swift steps + the bk set, I have 3 maxes, and vh msi, and I can use a shield which isn't made out of cardboard (ofc I could use the swift + hp trinkets or extra resistance, but I like my 5* shields).
Plus, there are weps which don't really need ctr, bk set is plain better for those.

Cant remember who it is who has this stuff, but the person has bkc with normal max, shadow max, shock(or fire) max. also has snarby coat with normal max, shadow max, fire(or shock) max. same person also has many weapons with asi vh ctr vh. Thats a set you definitely dont wanna face in LD, especially if you are using acheron or GF

Shadow and normal maxes are great but when acheron is OP doesn't really matter how much defense there is.
Now if you're poisoned and/or have no damage boosts and are using such weapons against them then yes, that won't be something fun to go up against.

those shadow and normal maxes on both helm and armor let the user take 2 more acheron hits IIRC. thats a HUUUGE boost
Does it have to be a loadout that someone actually owns? Or are you asking about the theoretically best loadout that is possible?
The latter would probably be Black Kat armor and some shield with shock+4, fire+4, another-status+4, accompanied by your choice of weapons with ASI+4 and CTR+4.
