So you've been gone roughly for all of 2015 and 2016. And you don't want to know about content updates, such as the new rank missions. You want to know about things that are bigger than updates?
The only thing I can imagine you mean is: Ownership of the game was transferred from Sega to Grey Havens. The latter has established a promising record of responding to players and releasing/maintaining content, although there have been a few hiccups.

The funny thing about Release/all is that it's no longer being updated. And it's not player-editable, so we can't help.
Until Release/all is revived, we might have to start pointing players to the Announcements forum instead.
