I sent in a support ticket for this a while ago, and have heard literally nothing back, so I figured I would post here and see if anyone knows how to fix this.
A while back, I purchased some golden dragon wings off of the steam marketplace to give to an in-game friend. However, after purchasing, it went in to my regular steam inventory, and when I try unpacking it, it states that I already have the item in-game. When I check in-game, however, on all of my characters, it's nowhere to be found. I asked steam support about this, because it seems pretty evident that it's an issue on their side of things, but they just gave me roundabout answers ("Have you tried turning Steam off and on again?"), incorrect statements, and finally told me to ask SK support about it (which, again, I did, and have received literally no response).
This is super frustrating. If anyone knows any way to fix this, or to get SK support's attention, I'd love to hear it, because, as it stands, I'm feeling pretty super-let-down by support teams on all sides of this issue.

You can redeem each item only once. regardless if you have it at the time being or not. Just trade the wings to a friend on steam.
to check, go to:
>Library
>Spiral knights
>DLC section
See if it says "Golden Dragon Wings" there or not. If so, it means you already redeemed one copy and cannot do another on this account.
