Medieval War Helm DLC in my library?

Hello there!
i have the Spiral Knights: Medieval War Helm DLC in my steam library, i dont have the helmet in-game (and never had).
am i supposed to have the DLC? It says on the Wiki, it was a promotional from September 27th to October 1st 2012.

im aware that this fall under support, but support doesnt seem to work atm.

2012 huh? Do you remember logging in and receiving said helmet after you got the DLC?

If not, then it's possibly due to the helmet being mailed to you. And mail is deleted after 30 days.

Or... it's just a bug that you shouldn't concern yourself about. Meh.
