On the Wiki and everywhere on the internet, it says Sudaruska has a fair chance to cause moderate stun.
However in the Hall of Heroes, the recipe tells me it has no stun
I read something about the stun being removed because of stun bugs, but wouldn't the wiki be updated on that after 4 years?

Some weapons don't show their status. Iron Slug causes stun without the tooltip telling you, and I believe Electron Vortex causes shock without telling you.
Why there is so little connection between the tooltips and the weapons themselves, I have no idea.
Yeah, some weps like the slug don't show it on their tooltips.
The shock vortexes didn't use to have it in their tooltips, it was fixed 2 years after they were introduced... so now those can be seen. Some other weps had the same, like the 3* firotech, other items didn't have any description for long times.

Good idea, but I don't think that's the reason. For example, Combuster inflicts fire only on the charge attack, but its tooltip mentions fire.
Yep, I just stunned with a Sudaruska charge. (The regular attacks don't stun; they never have.)
