Another ridiculous prize box promo. Just include something with the purchase of energy already, I've wasted enough on boxes that didn't give anything.

I mean, this isn't "another ridiculous prize box promo". This is the "black kat event", which like all rotational events (idk if casino counts as one yet), also has a promo box tagged onto it.
Only boxes I truly believe should be energy-bundled are ones with less of the actual promotional items inside, such as solstice and equinox. Spiralhorn was a good energy bundle too since it was 1 accessory type + sprite reskin.

Don't get me wrong, I love that we have the Black Kat event. My comment was solely reffering to the prize box system they have where you pay for just a box instead of getting it along with energy like they used to have.
I spend a lot of money to support this game, I was really hoping for a decent promo :x

See I like supporting the game too. The current box system is wonderful for boxes with a large variety of costumes and accessories - ie, recolor boxes. Wicked is one of these boxes, and if I had to pay $50 for the same box chances as I currently paid $20 for, I simply wouldn't buy the boxes in the first place.
Energy bundle boxes are great when the boxes are "bonuses" on top of energy. Prime examples I gave above are solstice and equinox, due to their high chance of containing UV tickets and not the items you're buying the box for. It's really disheartening for me to buy an equinox prize box with the intent of getting a celestial item of any sort and instead get a 1UV ticket thrown in my face. However, when I buy a wicked prize box with the intent of getting a wicked item of any sort, I will always get a wicked item. Heck, I opened 5 boxes and got mostly meh items but I wasn't expecting anything more than recolors in the wicked colorscheme - you know, the things they're promoting.
Wicked itself is a fair promo IMO - it's shadow with a red hint instead of blue. It's perfect for players with a warm personal color since shadow is more directed at cool personal colors.
