Asian/Oceania server is something we've all talked about for a while. I'm all for it, but as you mention it costs money and time, something that Grey Havens seems to want to focus towards other things right now.
If an asian server suddenly out of nowhere appears then it'll make many players very happy.

I don wanna quit this game just cos the lags horrible. I can deal with lag just fine. Im just suggesting that it wud be great for us asians to have a server that we can get 3+ bars on.

They've missed their chance with the Asian server. We used to have a healthy and active playerbase during nighttime in this timezone, but over the years the server issues and generally poor optimisation of the game has pushed people to leave. PvP is not fun when you are outclassed in every way due to your location, all your friends quit, and now there's even less reason to stick around because you're playing alone. It's gotten worse after the GH takeover because they must've downgraded to keep the costs low.

or one of the many other factors in how good your connection to the servers has changed between before and after the GH takedown. don't just assume they downgraded because you get worse bars.
You could always quit like the other millions have for the same reason lol.
