Soooooooo, i got overwatch and for some reason i think a gun inspired in part by lucio would be pretty lit.
runs from 2* to 5* just like a normal gun, maybe ele/shadow/normal variants OR just a normal variant and add it to the guardians recipes in the hall of heroes.
The basic shot would be a low damage knockback shot. id say about 1/2 the knockback of a pulsar shot when it goes all big and knockback-y. doesnt do much damage because its only really meant to clear stuff off you when youre pure gunning and too close for comfort.

The charge would be where all the damage is. Not a long charge but not that short either. You stop and fire somewhat of a shotgun blast of shockwaves or something like that that dont do much themselves, but when the whole barrage hits it does decent amounts of damage. idk if going through enemies would be good or not. and maybe instead of all of the waves that come out being one straight single-aim shot, you can turn as the waves shoot out at intervals, only stopping you when actually shooting
