You are experiencing a PICNIC ERROR!
If I were you, I wouldn't have specified her IRL name. That kinda worsens your case.
Not that it's against the ToS (I think), but...it's kinda strange that you go and say you know her IRL name.
The fact that she deleted her account without contacting you could be telling, but I'm feeling like giving you the benefit of the doubt. I once talked to someone who was really nice, we became friends. Then this person promptly deleted his/her knight. I can tell because they signed off and then I was told that I was no longer their friend.
