I was invited by my friends to play King of ashes as usual . But i joined into prize box room of 24 depth(and i didn't know that it will happen) and i got eternal orb . We go to the 25 depth and after 3 minutes whole party crashed / Iand my friends logged on for few sec .After i was confused because i looked into my arsenal and i saw that orb was removed . I have three variants why it happened .
1. I was kicked and admin or moderator remove orb . Because i joined and get it by doing nothing
2. Game crashed and the last 5 min info about my account(or character ) was lost (but i didn't lost crowns )
3. This orb was cursed .
I don't care about getting back this orb .i need only info why such thing happened.
I sent bug report . But it said that this report failed
is it game bug or it was cursed orb?
Adding on to what Bopp said, despite what happened, the bug report (F2, or /bug) system has been uncooperative since the change over to grey havens. Most likely it would be user error, such as looking at unbound eternal orbs instead of the bound ones.
i remember that i got that and i didn't close arsenal so i saw the exact amount of orbs / but after crash it was reduced by one / i don't take it personally bopp / but why they crashed whole party if they need to remove me ? i don't get it
it feels like plug paradox . why should i search for plug which i need to pull out if i can turn off everything without difficulty?(example) / but you must understand if someone guilt in such things so why should my friends or others suffer from this ? And i said that i was kicked , i meant that my game retuned to main menu and i could log on without trouble / and i got any sk warning mail

something similar happened to me, i had just finished doing a mission with a friend and happened to get an elite orb, the last one i needed to craft my dark thorn shield, then i went to the town square and crafted it, 10 secs later me and my friend got dced at the same time and when i logged in the shield and all my elites were gone and my crowns were rollbacked aswell
I really doubt that it was your Reason 1. I really doubt that Grey Havens has the time and interest to nano-manage the game on that level. But I don't know why you don't have your orb. I've never seen something like that vanish from an inventory. My guess is that it is somehow user error --- for example, you forgot to actually pick up the orb, or you lost track of how many orbs you had. I'm not trying to attack you, so please don't take it personally.
