I apologise if this is a silly question, but I looked and was unable to find an answer to it. All I found was people wanting to use their previous accounts through Steam.
What I want is sort of the inverse. I've never played Spiral Knights before it came out for Steam and I chance-glanced at an ad for it in the Steam Store. All I have for the game is a Steam account with a single character on it, and I would really like to use that account here on the forums, but I didn't find any way to do so. I ended up having to make a new account with no characters on it just so I could post this message and, to be honest, I don't want to use this account for anything at all.
I'm in the same boat, would be nice to know. It also makes submitting a support request awkward, since I cannot seem to tell it to submit using my Steam account, so it has no Knight data available in the dropdown and I'm sure it looks odd making a support request from another account.
