All i want in this game is smooth gameplay ever since grey heavens took the game i became unable to play smoothly as in the past. I have decent internet and PC but nope i cant play as i used to. Now i am a pvp player so a smooth gameplay is very important. You said it before grey heavens that you need a strong base before releasing new updates then dont you think better servers is very important for a strong base??!

Programming and implementation is financially less taxing than setting up server. Frankly, we just have to deal with the connection with how it is now. Likely, if you're having problems, a majority of SK is, including other PvPers. Everybody is coping with it, and your ability to adapt affects how well you'll do. But yeah, Grey Havens took over not too long ago, and they're not exactly huge. I think its good enough that they're adding things to the game.

It takes time. I don't think GH has that big of a budget, and like Starlight said, Sega did. Lets just hope it'll get better with time.
Maybe you can try lowering your graphics, it helps a little. In my case, I'm used to playing with lag, so its not that big of a problem. You'll get used to it.

These server twitches (I assume you mean the stutters) have been a thing since mid-2015, or late 2014. Not a OOO thing necessarily, more a server thing.
More servers and more stable servers would be wonderful but it isn't as if the server has deteriorated with the transfer of ownership.

Or that the servers were down for 8 to 12 hours for three separate days between a week or two ago.
