So i have been up to some annoying problems with steam lately ... and because it wont allow me to connect i was wondering if there is a way to remove the spiral knights steam auto login and just have to use my username and password...
How do i remove my account from steam...?

You're not alone
I just tried to find a way to stop auto-login process, so you can login with original SK username and password. But I had there my awesome SteamID as username, so why don't try putting in my Steam password? Maybe it will log me in? It didn't. It was "Logging in..." for several seconds, later suggesting problem with Steam client. Then, I tried to log in in regular Steam way. But? It did the same thing, leaving me on login screen, again. So, I guess it's some server problem. Or I just screw it up a little. :D

Ok i am glad Nitronicx has the same issue with me ... i thought it might have been only my account and i shit myself since my vanguard is there ...
Do you use the steam client, or did you bind your account with steam (ie, created it with steam or transferred a non-steam account to steam at any point in the past)?
If the account is bound to steam, then no, you can only play through the steam client. If you created a standalone account through the website here, and never binded it to your steam account, then you can download the standalone client and log in with a username and password there.
