Is the Grey Havens(?) submarine capable of mobility?

I ask this out of pure curiosity. My grandparents used to live in a mobile home before they moved. That particular RV didn't run as it was dead and nobody bothered to fix it up because it already served its purpose as a housing space.
The point of this anecdote is this: Is it the same situation for the GH HQ? Does the GH office/submersible serve as a simple office-space or does its crew sail around the bay every now and then?

See, the only thing is that the main page for SK has the picture of the place's interior still up.
You might be right, however. If SEGA Networks LLC. does in fact own the place, it wouldn't be too surprising to learn that their ex-employees don't use it anymore.
But again, though that's a good question, my main interest is whether it's functional as a sub or not

One doesn't connect to power and telecommunications via landlines without residing in a stationary housing.

DC in a submarine wouldn't surprise me too much. And there's nothing that says they have to be connected to landlines 100% of the time.
It's a very interesting concept.

Not if you're trying to keep costs in range. You already know the answer.

The answer to "does it run often" is probably "no". That's why I included "every now and then" in the OP.
Though, the question "does it run at all" is what I'm looking at.

To give them credit where credit is due, I know people who actually live in boats as their actual home, and while I don't know how power and telecommunications work in these boat-houses, I think I can safely assume that applying the same situation for a submarine wouldn't be too far-fetched.

Gonna go out on a limb and say they don't have that office anymore, since they changed their billing address and SEGA Networks rebranded the office a while back ( https://stackoverflow.com/jobs/companies/sega-networks-inc ). SEGA Networks still exists IRL, just with a bunch laid off and studios closed.
Also if you check those pictures you'll find your answer. I really don't think a GM would want to bring up the drama from April by answering this thread, and I wouldn't blame them, so best not to open old wounds.
You're right. I was thinking about that, too. They don't have their sub-based office anymore, because of SEGA laying off all of OOO's staff, including giving up their previous sub-made office. They held their lease, & they lost that lease with their jobs. In short, their place is gone, they moved to a better place to start GH.
While it is a big pity to hear about that place already closed down by them, those who formerly worked there shouldn't dwell on the past. Rather, I can presume they have a far better place for GH to work by themselves, rather than what they formerly worked at.
Well, honestly, to me, that sub-made office was probably too small for OOO to accompany more people they would've hired, anyway, even if OOO decided to hire more, shouldn't they be bothered with all the financial siphoning they had from SEGA, with their financial problems at the time being.
Maybe that way, they won't have to be physically confined to a small space. The more room they have to place more hired people in, the better, eh? Think about that.

does it possess the ability to move through liquid-state matter as a direct result of mechanical propulsion or no
and if a question possessing these characteristics proved unanswerable in these forums, where would such information be located on the Internet?
this thread got way derailed but ok
Sorry, but, no, it does not, nor does it do anything else anyone else can think about, so place it out of mind. It's just only an office built to look like a submarine.
Yes, it got derailed. Please stay on-topic.

Thanks for the straightforward answer. It's not one I didn't expect, but every reply the thread gets is either off-topic completely or gives debatable reasons why it probably can't.
Though I'm curious; do you have any sources for this assertion?
Sorry. I only state some logical facts & support SK. Ask someone else for that. But, you're welcome on thanking me for my answer.
> Implying SEGA didn't take it with them when they sold off SK and let people go.
