Today I am quitting Spiral Knights: I am quitting today!

I shall not keep you long. I have called you all together for a purpose

Indeed, for Two Purposes! First of all, to tell you that I am immensely fond of you all and that five years is too short a time to live among such excellent and admirable Knights.

I don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.

Finally, I wish to make an announcement. I regret to announce that — though, as I said, five years is far too short a time to spend among you — this is the end. I am going. I am leaving now. Good-bye!

Sorry about that. If you understood what I was referencing, I love you. If you don't, then look further down.

Lord of the Rings aside, I'm not going to go on a huge rant about how the game has gotten stale or about how my life is just too busy for this game right now. What I do want to talk about though is how amazing this game was and still is (to a degree). It's amazing because of the people that are in it and because of the people who make it. Five years ago when I picked up SK and started playing I was just an ickle tot but over the years I've met so many spectacular people and learn so many things. I just want to say thank you to everyone I've ever known on this game and I hope that everything you guys ever desire will come true.

Lastly, I just want to thank the everyone who works on this game for just making this game a thing. It was one of the best games I've ever played and it will stick with me for the rest of my life. Good luck to you all :D
