What payment method did you use? If you're using a debit card maybe you've run out of funds and can't receive the box. With a credit card perhaps you've reached the spending limit and maybe that's why you haven't gotten your prize box yet. Not so sure about PayPal or any other methods though since I don't use any of those.
Regardless I hope you find a solution to your problem and if you already have then just disregard my entire post lol.
also just sent a message through support. hopefully i get something sooner rather than later.
