Let's play a game, shall we?

What is this?
Just like trick-or-treating, here is a place where you can step up and receive treats (in this case, free art) up until Oct. 31st. However, the catch here is you must write out a story/roleplay prompt about your knight's day during Dark Harvest Festival and their time leading up to the point where they knock on the entrance to the Guild Halls, specifically Ex Gladius Fama. In your story/roleplay response, your message must end with yelling/screaming/whispering/shouting "Trick or Treat" or any way you prefer. Please include a screenshot or a description of your knight's costume, accessories, colour, and any other details in order to get a drawing of your knight. Be creative, and do try to put some effort into your story (makes for a good read while riding the train), but try not to overdo it with 3+ paragraphs.
Example:
Orange glowing lanterns loomed ominously over the tiled road of Haven. A gust of wind penetrated through the bright orange and red garments of a passing knight, sending shivers through their limbs. Bracing from the cold, the knight took refuge underneath the awning located in front of the Garrison Laboratory. Flickering lights pierced through the darkness in front of the Guild Hall entrance, and an uneasiness crept through the mind. The steps were strewn with carved pumpkins; a surefire sign of a local resident offering goodies. Booking towards the light, the knight climbed up the stairs to the foreboding entrance and with a deep breath, shouted "Trick or Treat!"

Hello Darkness, my Old Friend.

Sounds great, Fighting-Polygon!
I don't have a method for a screenshot so description it is.
Personal Color - Cyan, Authentic Spookat Mask, Vitasuit+Toasty Vitapack

A calming black storm enveloped Haven this evening. Snipes, sprites, and spirits flew around as they pleased. One young girl was taking a brisk walk to one guild hall; one adorned with expensive Halloween decorations in spirit of this year's event. The girl quickly slowly walked up the stairs, and rang the barely noticeable doorbell. "Trick or treat!"
No answer...? The door opened quickly with a Snarbolax leaping out! "BOO!"
"Aiyeeeee!!!"

Much Spoopy, Very Frite, So Scarr, Such Wolver, Wow.

The knight wasn't one easily frightened. Years in the Clockwork's belly attested to that. No, especially not at this time, where spooks were paraded about joyously and festivities heralded the arrival of the ominous.
Snap. The knight froze. Nothing - the murky black of night was just that, void. Little moonlight permeated the cloudy barricade, lending to the expanse of shadow. Though he'd rather not admit it, the knight studiously followed the path of grotesquely (sometimes humourously) carved lanterns, finding refuge in their rather sickly autumnal glow. Unlike the Candlestick Keep, however, they guaranteed no harbour. It wasn't until passing several looming, candy-free guild halls did it occur to the knight that there were no tree branches to snap. Albeit unaware, his paces quickened. His eyes tossed furtive glances into the silhouetted structures that he passed.
Snap. This time, he lost all attempts at maintaining composure. He broke out into a sprint, feet slapping the stone path, breathing huffs of condensed air into the brisk, windless night, creating a clamor that no one would miss. He hoped it were true. Up ahead, a guild hall's entrance gilded with the candescence of at least two dozen carved lanterns near guaranteed the presence of festivities. A shiver wracked the Knights spine. Daring a look back, he was met with the haunting guise of an alabaster figure. Then, as if sensing detection, it dissolved into shadow. The knight didn't have the heart to determine whether it was a trick of the moonlight. Not bothering to stop as he approached the steps, the knight planted a hand on a particularly large lantern, and swung his momentum into the turn, very nearly sending him flying up the steps.
His fists pounded at the entrance as he shouted the only words that came to mind.
"Tr-trick or treat!"

~~~
Yes I am aware it's just a bit over the limit. Oops! XP
And I also cannot access SK anymore, because mac and java hate each other, but it's just the typical Divine Hood and Skolver Coat combo with cyan colour. :3
The young knight, startled by the sudden flashing red eyes and gnashing teeth, landed flat on her rear. A stifled laughter could be heard from within the entrance. "Got you good!" After closer inspection, the knight stood up to realize the Snarbolax was but a stuffed replica, and a sound recording module was hooked underneath the snarbolax's jaw to mimic the real beast. Struggling, the host crawled between the statue and the guild hall entrance to hand the guest a small envelop. "We barely got the Snarbo statue through the entrance, but it got stuck along the way. Luckily it was facing towards the entrance so we could pull off this scare for Halloween. The Spiral Order said that they're gonna send more vanguards next week to dislodge the statue so people could actually enter the hallway." The young knight gingerly accepted the brown envelop and with a few parting words, the treater left the entrance in search for more candy and loot.
You forgot to include a description of the knight's costume! D:
I'm a...Punkin Knight, apparently
The young Vanguard’s feet crunched the dead autumn leaves on the stones. The wind, while frigid, had a crisp feel and smelled faintly of candy and mildew. She was never going to get sick of this holiday. Free candy didn't come by easily, and no way would she miss the opportunity to get some.
Suddenly, the wind picked up, and the Knight hugged her Hallow Coat around herself tightly. The wind howled and sent shivers down her spine, and she walked quickly towards the entrance to Garrison for cover, a bit startled. Then, out of nowhere, a huge swirling cloud of scarlet red and Wolver yellow leaves headed straight for her. As they reached her, she let out a shrill scream and tried to bat the leaves away. They slapped her face and lodged themselves inside of her helm. Absolutely shocked, the Vanguard was becoming overwhelmed by the leaves.
Eager to escape, she zoomed up the stairs, under the cloth canopy, and into the Garrison. Completely covered in leaves, the Knight sprinted to the nearest guild hall and nearly dislocated her finger from continuously ringing the doorbell.Just before the door opened, the wind died slowly and the leaves floated ominously to the ground.
The Knight's cheeks turned red at the confused stare of the Knight inside. She lifted up her Punkin basket, feeling rather stupid. “Trick or treat?"
------
Just a note about appearence, she could be covered in leaves but not like a Leafy Aura. And no, she doesn't actually have a Leafy Aura.
This is an awesome idea! It's so much fun too, thanks for doing this.
EDIT: Dang it I just realized this was too similar to Hexlash's XD Well, I tried to fix that...
Ominous clouds loomed overhead, obscuring the already dim light of the night sky. Four figures darted around under the canopy of stars and tattered fabric, following the path through the Town Square and into the Garrison. They stopped just short of the entrance to a guild hall lavishly decorated with orange lanterns and other pieces of seasonal decor. Obviously no expense had been spared by the owners on letting others know that this place fully embraced the night's festivities.
After a brief moment of silence, snickering could be heard from the shadows, as one of the four figures, significantly taller than the rest, was shoved out into the light of the carved lanterns illuminating the entrance. The Knight shivered before turning back to stare at her friends. One of them gestured for her to step forwards with a reassuring smile, obviously failing to see the humour of the situation his two friends did, before slipping back into the shadows. The girl, now alone, wearily stepped towards the doorway, almost tripping over the hem of her costume, a large sheet draped over her armour with a pair of ears hastily sewn on, attempting to imitate some form of Kat Cowl. Obviously she hadn't the money to buy an actual Kat set. A hole had been cut to expose her face, and a large pair of Round Shades were balanced precariously on her nose, dulling the light from her sky blue, almond-shaped eyes ever so slightly. Approaching the door, she clenched her fists in a pitiful attempt to stop her hands from shaking. Holding her breath, she gingerly reached up and went to deliver few short raps on the doo--
"BOO!" hollered a voice behind her.
The Knight shrieked and cowered. Loud laughter erupted from behind her, and she turned to face her friends, two of which were now laughing uncontrollably, the third standing next to them with a disapproving look on his face. She gave him a sheepish grin as he sighed and shook his head. He gave her the same reassuring grin and gestured to her again, this time trying to tell her to breathe deep, calm down and be confident. Smiling back, she turned to face the door and knocked again, this time much louder. With a creak, the door opened a tad. Puffing her chest out and taking a deep breath, she yelled,
"TRICK OR TREAT!"
(Wow, I may have gone a tad overboard. Sorry about the text wall, heh. I tried editing this, I swear. Please excuse the quality of this, I haven't written in a while, and there's probably a ton of inaccuracies, I'm new to the game, after all. I'm kind of conscious about posting this but eh, thought it would be fun to practice. Also, I hope the fact that I didn't actually include a piece of gear that's in the game is okay? I kind of wanted to make it seem a bit unique and noob-like heheh... It's supposed to look like a hybrid of a Black Kat Cowl and the sort of stereotypical Ghost "costume". I'll edit the details if it's not. Sorry to have bothered you. Either way, I really like this idea of yours!)
As the Dark Harvest Festival enveloped all of Haven and the residents, the guild halls took upon themselves the annual spook parties and festive missions down in the Clockworks. Since it was Hallow's Eve where the treaters are bound to knock down the doors and nobody was willing to be left out on the festivities, the guild masters assigned an hourly schedule for members to be stationed at the front door. Just as the night was getting to the best parts of the event, the blue vanguard was whisked away from the excitement and was plopped down at the door to handle the candy. Pouting, the guild member sat down on a chair with crossed arms and bored holes into the candy bowl using their eyes. A sudden clamoring could be heard outside the door, and in mere seconds the entrance exploded in doorbell rings. After executing a perfect faceplant onto the tiled floor, the vanguard peeled off the front door to witness a disheveled green knight adorned in leaves. After a long awkward silence of locking eyes with the other knight, the vanguard stuck their hand into the candy bowl and deposited the goodies along with a closed letter into the treater's punkin basket.
The most expensive halloween decorations are the ones that require dime-a-dozen accessories.
@Seepia
That's quite alright! I can work with the costume descriptions you have listed in your message, so not to worry. Also, glad to have you on board on SK!
@Seepia The night festivities
@Seepia
The night festivities were filled with cackling laughter and howling knights high on adrenaline and excitement. These were common sights during the Dark Harvest Festival, and even welcoming to pranks and local tricksters. Turning the focus to a particular guild hall, a group of members were fighting among themselves over who would go first on "Pin the tail on the Trojan", accompanied by a drunken knight in a Warden suit. An experienced veteran, turning down the opportunity to make a pincushion out of the Warden's rear, sat next to the front door to observe the chaotic party from afar. Eyeing the candy bowl situated next to the door, the veteran reached for a sample when suddenly the door resonated with knocks from the outside. Pulling the door open, the veteran was greeted by a passionate knight fashioned in a unique outfit. "How pleasant! Not often do I get to see handcrafted costumes not issued by good ol' Punkin King, if y'know what I mean." Sifting through the candy bowl, the veteran deposited the goods along with a folded pamphlet into the guest's goodie bag.
Recon Rangers Mission: Dark Harvest Festival
On the night in Haven of the Dark Harvest Festival, we, the Recon Rangers of the Haven Branch sent by Captain Dezna, were roaming around everywhere, not to be spotted by other knights. Other Rangers went within the Clockworks to scout for the missing knights ever since the Festival began. I heard a noise, I felt I was being watched, something else was lurking in the darkness with us...I turned my head, and I started to hear light footsteps, moving fast. I clicked on COM mode under my spiked bracelet, calling all the other Recon Rangers who are in Haven. "Come in all Recon Rangers of Haven Branch, I just spotted something running within the darkness, we may have a source of the disappearances, lets move!" We all ran like wolvers, looking for our prey, hunched down ready to strike a vicious and nasty blow, leaving our target helpless. "Activate Recon Vision (Night Vision) mode." Again clicking a button under our bracelets. We see what appears to be some kind of Punkin, with a very slim body, its strange. "What is it sir?" asks one of my comrades within the premise. "Don't draw your weapons, I'm going in." I moved step by step within the dark place, but the Punkin ran once again, I went on the chase, having my Wild Hunting Blade out incase if any threats interfere. I reached within the Arcade, the little critter must have went into the Clockworks with a group of knights, as the elevator went down, I jumped in after it. I activated my Stealth system, having to vanish without being spotted by any of the knights within the elevator, even the Punkin wouldn't know what hit 'em. We reached our destination, though it was dark, graves were around, giving a cold and dark vibe. I tried finding the monster but it was gone. While stepping out of the elevator I stayed in stealth mode, staying with the knights so they will be safe. "Where are you..." I said quietly. Then a scream was heard near me, I looked back, and one of the knights were missing, and another, then the next. I couldn't understand how they were just taken so quickly, as if it was the darkness that just ate them whole. Only one knight remained, I stayed near them to be sure that they wouldn't get captured next. As we reached the end, of fighting many Zombies, we stumble upon an alter, with purple flames everywhere. The small Punkin was right there, speaking to something in the dark. I pulled out my Autogun, ready to send it to oblivion, till...it showed up. The Punkin King, so tall and having a huge head with a crown like the Jelly kings placed on top of it, I tilted my head to see the knight, she was shaking with fear, disbelief rather. A vine was about to grab her but at a quick instance, I cut it up swiftly with my Wild Hunting Blade, appearing before their eyes as a Dark Messenger of Death. Having a horn, with spikes on my back, as well as a Swift Strike Buckler being painted with the insignia of the Recon Rangers on it. "WHO ARE YOU?!?!?" the Punkin King says as they were surprised. As I was ready to tear the suspect of the knights disappearances apart, the female knight went screaming with her sword head on "T-Trick or Treat!!!" I shrugged, and followed "Till The Bitter End!".
Ghost in the Machine.
The times, nor its inhabitants seemed to hold any sense of logic, nor the answers the unit requested. The levels of spiritual energy fluctuated and agitated the Luminite core embedded within it’s person, moreover, the mists and overgrown pumpkin patches had repainted Haven into a graveyard. And yet, the various souls about were jolly, content. Apparently they had found their own defensive measures against the energies surrounding them, donning various disguises and masks to mimic the evils. An odd tactic to be sure, though, admittedly, the unit itself had understood precious little of this newfound world since Desna and her rangers had salvaged him from the derelict facility. Perhaps it was time to forgo the walls of corrupted code and put aside the befuddled memories in lieu of new ones. A notion that was passed unanimously across the unit's memory boards. Sadly, upon request, the wardens responsible for watching and guiding the unit had little in the way of these ‘costumes’. Or rather, few that could accommodate his unique reanimated body. Masks couldn’t fit over it’s rather dated apparatuses, and clothes either degraded to an unusable degree, or simply fell through the energy currents that made up the majority of his body. Irregardless, the unit persisted in it’s attempts to attain a convincing disguise, sifting through what it could find within the armories surplus. Eventually, after what the semi-functional time clock within the unit’s systems had chalked up to ‘a few hours’, the unit had discovered a small crest. Tarnished as it was, it held a faint reminder of the other disguises the unit had seen. The two shades of orange, BA6900 and 8F1F00 if it wasn’t mistaken, seemed to be the perfect camouflage, and even calmed the unit’s sensors to a mild degree. Pinning it into place upon one of the straps on it’s chest, the unit made it’s intentions clear to it’s supervising warden, and upon gaining clearance was given two things; an empty linen sack one could easily assume had been removed from a pillow, and a very particular set of instructions for a local ritual that the warden had insisted the unit to try. After expressing it’s thanks, (and apologies for ruining a small closet’s worth of disguises), the unit agreed to help the warden with his duties. With the traditional bag of holding in hand, the unit took to the streets in search of institutions adhering to the traditional mandate. ‘Homes with pumpkins, look for ones with the lights on. It didn’t take long to track one down, thankfully, as the unit was having second thoughts about the whole process. Though, before it’s inquiries and various algorithms could come back to figure if he should continue with his mission, the decision had been made for him. As his body had been running on autopilot while it ran the numbers, the consciousness had returned to the unit as it found itself knocking on the door of one ‘Ex Gladius Fama’, a rather notorious and gilded hall of rangers. Some of the rangers who had even visited the derelict station from which the unit was discovered. Veterans...who would know IMMEDIATELY if the unit had performed the local ritual wrong, trapped again within it’s panic, a small sprinkle of sparks began to spring out here and there about the unit’s frame, a common occurrence for when it became overwhelmed with emotion. As the door opened, the unit’s servers screamed silently within it’s head as a local hero, more commonly referred to as ‘Vanguard Rank’ answered the door expectantly. The unit tripped over it’s words as it ran every RECALL program it could all at once to remember the steps of the ritual.
Step one, hold out bag. Easy enough, the unit needed to do something with it’s hands anyway.
Step two recite the traditional words.
“T. R. I. C. K”
*BZZZT*
Spelling out the word letter for letter had reduced the load on the server’s greatly, but it still stood to reason for the circuits to short when under such a monumental load. And with a crackle of energy came a newfound voice, utterly devoid of the robotic nature that had came before it. Now there was an extremely sinister voice speaking, one with all the charm of a harvester.
“.̔̓̊ͩ̚ͅ.͇̞ͬ.̷͕̳̮̟̠̻̠ͧ̊̇ͨ̇̾̈́ơ̬̝͖͊͒ͮrͯ͂ͭ̽͆͗̑͝ ̢̦̲̫͕͌t̠̊ͨr̀͊ͮĕ͓̺̣̑̓ͯ͞ȃ͕̣͔̼̮̗̙̋̄ͪ̍̅̽ṫ̙̓͋͗̇̾͑́.͋̆̄̿̽ͥ͂́”
